How does the pickup and delivery work?▼
Book online or via WhatsApp, choose your service and a convenient pickup time. We weigh your laundry at our facility and send you a quote. Once confirmed, we wash, dry and return your laundry within 24–48 hours — completely free of charge for standard delivery.
How is the price calculated?▼
All kg-based services (Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron, Iron Only, Curtains) are weighed and charged at the applicable rate per kg. Bedding items are charged per item. A minimum order of R500 applies to all kg-based services.
What is the minimum order?▼
The minimum order is R500 for all kg-based services. This covers the cost of free pickup and delivery. If your laundry weighs less than the minimum, we charge R500.
Can I get same-day laundry service?▼
Yes! Book and have your laundry collected before 10:00 and we’ll return it the same day by 6pm. A surcharge of R150 for delivery plus R15/kg applies. Same-day is subject to route capacity — we recommend booking via WhatsApp to confirm availability.
What areas do you cover?▼
We cover Johannesburg and the greater East Rand including Sandton, Midrand, Kempton Park, Edenvale, Bedfordview, Germiston, Benoni, Boksburg, Alberton and surrounding suburbs. Check our areas page or WhatsApp us if you’re unsure about your location.
Are detergents included in the price?▼
Yes — standard detergent and fabric softener are included in the price for all wash services. If you have a preferred detergent or a sensitivity to certain products, just let us know when booking and we’ll accommodate you.
What happens if a stain can’t be removed?▼
We pre-treat stubborn stains as part of our standard process. Some stains are unfortunately permanent — if that’s the case with any of your items, we’ll let you know before delivery. We never silently return stained items without notification.
