When Will I Get My Laundry Back?

Standard delivery is always free. Same-day is available for those early pickups.

Why is there a minimum order of R500?▼

The R500 minimum covers the cost of free pickup and delivery while allowing us to keep per-kg rates competitive. Even small loads receive the same professional care and free collection — the minimum ensures the trip is worthwhile for both parties. If your bag weighs less than the minimum, we still charge R500.

How exactly is the weight confirmed?▼

Your driver weighs your bag on a calibrated scale at the point of collection. You receive a quotation PDF via email or WhatsApp showing the exact weight and total amount. Payment is only processed once you’ve seen and approved the quote.

What is included in the R45/kg Wash & Fold price?▼

Wash & Fold includes colour sorting, machine washing at the correct temperature, tumble drying, neat folding, packaging, and free standard delivery within 24–48 hours. Standard detergent and fabric softener are included. If you have a preference for a specific detergent or require hypoallergenic products, just let us know when booking.

Can I mix services in one collection?▼

Yes. You can send some items as Wash & Fold and others as Iron Only in the same collection bag. Separate your items into bags and label them, or add a note to your booking. Each service group is weighed and charged at its own rate, and the R500 minimum applies per service type.

How much will a typical weekly laundry bag cost?▼

A typical week’s laundry for one person weighs around 5–7 kg. At R45/kg that comes to R225–R315, but the R500 minimum applies. For a couple or family, expect 12–18 kg, which works out to R540–R810 for Wash & Fold.

What is the difference between synthetic and feather duvet prices?▼

Feather/down duvets require a more delicate wash process and longer drying times compared to synthetic duvets — this is why they are priced slightly higher. If you’re not sure which type your duvet is, check the care label or add a note to your booking.

Is same-day service always available?▼

Same-day service is subject to route capacity and is not guaranteed every day. Pickups must be booked and collected before 10:00 for same-day return (by 6pm). A surcharge of R150 for delivery plus R15/kg applies.

Are delicate items charged differently?▼

Delicate fabrics like silk, wool or linen are handled with extra care using appropriate temperatures and gentle cycles, but are charged at the same per-kg rate. If you have specific care instructions, add a note to your bag or WhatsApp us before collection.
