How much does wash and iron cost?
Wash & Iron is R60 per kilogram. The minimum order value is R500. Free pickup and delivery is included — no extras. Final weight is confirmed at collection.
What items can I send for wash and iron?
Everyday clothing including shirts, trousers, jeans, dresses, blouses, gymwear, kids’ clothing, sleepwear and regular weekly laundry. Delicate items are accepted — just note them when booking so we apply the right handling.
How are garments ironed?
Each clothing item is ironed using the method and heat setting suited to its fabric type. Delicates receive lower heat and extra care. You can specify preferences — starch, crease style, collar treatment — in your booking notes.
Is my laundry washed with other customers’ clothes?
Absolutely not. Every customer’s order is processed in a completely separate batch — guaranteed. Your clothes are never mixed with anyone else’s.
Can you return some items folded and others on hangers?
Yes. Add your preferred finishing instructions — folded, on hangers, starch, crease style or any special handling — in your booking notes and we will follow them precisely.
Do you offer same-day wash and iron?
Yes. Same-day service is available for pickups booked before 10:00. An additional delivery fee of R150 applies. Your clothes will be returned the same evening.
Can I send delicate items?
Yes. Please note delicate garments in your booking notes so we can apply the appropriate wash temperature and ironing method to protect the fabric.
