What exactly is the Iron Only service?▼
The Iron Only service is for garments that have already been washed and dried. We collect your clean, dry clothes, professionally iron each item and return them on hangers or folded. We do not wash as part of this service — if you need washing too, see our Wash & Iron service.
Do my clothes need to be clean and dry when collected?▼
Yes. This is an ironing-only service, so items must be clean and fully dry before we collect them. Damp or wet items cannot be ironed safely.
How much does Iron Only cost?▼
Iron Only is R45 per kilogram. The minimum order value is R500. Free pickup and delivery is included. Final weight is confirmed at collection.
Can you iron silk, delicate or wool fabrics?▼
Yes. We adjust heat and ironing technique to suit each fabric type and care label. Silk, satin, linen and delicate garments receive the appropriate temperature and method to prevent damage. Please note delicate items in your booking notes.
Will my clothes come back on hangers or folded?▼
Shirts, suits and dresses are returned on hangers by default. Other items are neatly folded. Specify your exact preference — hangers, folded, starch, crease style — in your booking notes and we will follow them.
Do you offer same-day ironing?▼
Yes. Same-day service is available for pickups booked before 10:00. An additional delivery fee of R150 applies. Your clothes will be returned the same evening.
Is my laundry handled separately from other customers?▼
Yes. Every customer’s order is processed in a completely separate batch — guaranteed. Your garments are never mixed with anyone else’s.
